CO2Lift® Topical Carboxytherapy Recognized at Oxford World Conference
Dr. Martha Gabriela Serrano presented Topical Carboxytherapy before an international group of physicians advancing regenerative medicine protocols.
We are building a new category, one that supports regenerative technologies and helps them perform better. This is an important moment for CO2Lift® and where this science is going.”
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- CO2Lift®, the flagship Topical Carboxytherapy technology from Lumisque, Inc., was represented at the Oxford World Conference, held September 4–5 at Magdalen College in Oxford, during an international meeting focused on advancing protocols and technologies in regenerative medicine. The meeting brought together approximately 35 physicians from around the world to exchange research, clinical experience and emerging approaches within regenerative medicine.— Lana Kerr, Founder and CEO, Lumisque, Inc.
Representing CO2Lift®, Dr. Martha Gabriela Serrano presented her protocol involving the use of carboxytherapy in patients undergoing gynecological oncological vulvar surgery, introducing Topical Carboxytherapy into a broader discussion surrounding regenerative care and tissue recovery.
For Lumisque, the presentation represents an important milestone in its effort to establish Topical Carboxytherapy as a distinct category, rather than positioning CO2Lift® simply as another product within regenerative aesthetics.
CO2Lift® utilizes a two-component topical gel system that generates carbon dioxide (CO₂) through a controlled chemical reaction at the treatment site. The technology is designed to provide a non-invasive approach to topical carboxytherapy and is used by medical and aesthetic professionals across a range of treatment protocols.
“I am so proud to see CO2Lift® recognized at Oxford. It is an honor,” said Lana Kerr, Founder and CEO of Lumisque, Inc. “We understand that we are building a new category, one that supports regenerative technologies and helps them perform better. This recognition is an important moment for CO2Lift® and for where this science is going.”
Dr. Serrano described the international meeting as an important opportunity to share clinical experience among a highly focused group of physicians.
“This meeting was very important for me. We were just 35 doctors from all over the world presenting the best protocols in regenerative medicine,” said Dr. Martha Gabriela Serrano. “It was an honor to present my protocol on the use of carboxytherapy for treatment in gynecological oncological vulvar surgery and for CO2Lift® to be recognized in the top 10 technologies.”
The presentation reflects the expanding role Lumisque sees for Topical Carboxytherapy alongside professional aesthetic and regenerative technologies.
Rather than defining the technology by a single procedure or indication, Lumisque is working to build greater scientific and professional understanding of Topical Carboxytherapy and its role within the treatment environment.
“Regenerative medicine continues to evolve toward approaches that consider not only the procedure itself, but the environment surrounding treatment and recovery,” Kerr said. “That is where we believe Topical Carboxytherapy has an important role to play.”
The Oxford presentation is part of Lumisque’s continued investment in physician education, clinical collaboration and international awareness surrounding Topical Carboxytherapy.
